However many, if not most, jobs in NZ never get advertised. These hidden jobs are filled by people who make a personal connection with the employer directly. This will be more the case with small and medium sized organisations. The way to reach find these jobs is through personal networking. I have just finished writing a "How to" article with one of my colleagues.
