Great advice. We’re still hearing about people being made redundant and I’m sure many are feeling uncertain about their own self worth.

Often we forget about those who have been left behind though, with many organisations suffering disengaged employees as a result of the turmoil following recent restructures.

You are absolutely right in what you say. Very little thought and support has been given to those that are left behind when redundancies are announced. These ‘disengaged’ employees are now starting to look at other opportunities as confidence starts to slowly return.
